الملخص

The study dealt with the legislative mechanism in the investigation of civil liability without  corner of damage, the confirmation legislative texts was firm in the need to achieve that corner with some permissibility in the assumption of other pillars and followed the jurisprudence of low scholars, and produced this dispute what has been proven in many texts recognizes in itself the assumption of certain damage  to which the responsibility is liable and the danger in the matter is that this assumption is irrevocable and cannot prove the contrary, and we dealt with these details in a scientific way in order to legal recognition and established by civil liability on the basis of damage has been the assumption is unequivocal and that this acknowledgment takes the form of a clearly defined legal text that is determined by a basis and conditions that define it.
